HT97230为差分进入、可会直接传输的方式推动器/头戴式耳机子放缩器。5V共电时,元电子元器件封装为1kΩ负债出示3VRMS传输推动;3.3V共电时,为600Ω负债出示2VRMS传输推动。5V共电时,元电子元器件封装为32Ω头戴式耳机子负债出示125mW推动。IC具备着6dB内部组织调整增加收益,也可合理利用 外部结构内阻布置增加收益(现在仅出示 外部结构内阻布置增加收益旧版,另外的旧版需商量好的)。IC在全部整个音视频频率段内出示表现出色的THD+N。
HT97230有两个不同开启时间(tON)版本,版本A、C和E的导通时间tON为5.5ms,用于耳机驱动;B和D则具有130ms的tON♉,用于机顶盒设计(目前仅提供A版本,其他版本需预定)。内部电荷泵对输入电源反相,产生负电源。放大器的输出级由输入正电源和电荷泵输出负电源供电,双极性供电使得输出偏置在零电位,省去了大尺寸、容易引入失真的输出耦合电容。ICSD开关时没有咔嗒/噼噗声。
HT97230存在3D阵列策略,是可以在立体式声耳麦上追求3D阵列声的的感觉。HT97220有存在低音加强策略,可理论依据耳麦频响特征参数,对一个频段的低音确定不一水平的发展加强,达标低音加强的使用效果。HT97230供给无铅无卤QFN24L-PP装封,供给QFN20L-PP装封的私人订制具体需求。价格:¥ | 库存99999 |
